Convivium – Suites Apartments – Entire Structure

Fully restored 18th-century building, located in the heart of the historic center of Randazzo. 14 beds divided into 5 bedrooms, 2 lofts with beds, 5 bathrooms, 3 indoor kitchens, an outdoor kitchen and a large courtyard with a barbecue. Ideal for relaxing in a private environment with attention to detail. Located in the center, it is very easy to get around on foot, parking is always available. Numerous additional tourist services are offered, as well as the creation of personalized tours. The space The structure can be connected internally, or separated, by internal doors/entrance doors that divide the two suites and the two mini-apartments. Each suite and each mini-apartment has its own independent entrance to ensure greater privacy for all guests, even if in a group. Each room, including kitchens, is equipped with a hot/cold air conditioner. The wi-fi network covers the entire property, both internally and externally. There are 3 indoor kitchens complete with fridge/freezer, dining table, chairs, cutlery, glass cups, pots and pans of various sizes, plates, coffee machines and various kitchen utensils; one of these kitchens is also equipped with a washing machine and a ventilated oven. Then there is a fourth outdoor kitchen, located in the 100-square-meter common courtyard, with a large charcoal barbecue and a large round table (equipped with an electric umbrella), which can accommodate up to 14 diners. In each house and suite, you will find baskets for the separate collection of waste. There are 5 bathrooms in total: one for each suite, one for the 4-seater mini apartment and one for the 6-seater apartment, the latter is equipped with an additional service bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, and shower gel. In each suite/apartment, you will find sheets, tablecloths/towels/shower towels, duvets, bedspreads, pillows and pillowcases, all Caleffi brand, to ensure excellent quality and comfort for our guests. You will also find additional pillows in each bedroom.
