It sits on a quiet stretch of the Potomac in Oxon Hill, Maryland — a Japanese-inspired, single-level home built for stillness, eighteen minutes from Downtown DC. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the river, and the light shifts across the open-plan living space all day. Boats drift past at sunrise; the outdoor seating area is built for the sunset. Five bedrooms sleep up to ten in real comfort — designer mattresses, luxury linens, blackout shades. Four bedrooms have private en-suite baths; one bedroom shares a bath. Three separate bedroom wings give the group privacy within togetherness, which makes the home work as well for a multi-generational reunion as for a weekend with friends. 🛋️ At the center is a chef's kitchen built for real cooking and a dining table that seats everyone.
