Charming 1950's Bungalow

Charming Bungalow for 5 1950’s country cottage close to I 80 & Hwy 49, downtown & old town. There is a library, laundromat, grocery store, pharmacy, burger n cream, bus station, and Amtrak in walking distance from my home. Makes it really easy to see some of the neighboring mining cities, like Colfax. You will have access to the entire house. Cozy little home, with big yard featuring a 4 person spa, Hammock, Trampoline & gas BBQ on the back porch. This 3 bedrooms, 1 bath home sleeps 5 and feels like your staying in a Doll House. You will have access to the entire house. No access to Garage or office out building. Laundromat is around the corner. I will occasionally need to access the garage or check the chemicals in the Spa. This home is my Part-time residence, so some personal belongings are in the closets and drawers. If you use something, I'm happy to share. I only ask that you put things back the way you found them. I will take your lead if you would like to interact or not be disturbed. Walking distance to Greyhound and Amtrak, and very close to Hwy 49 and I80 on-ramp, downtown & old town. 1- No Smoking inside or out. 2- Only Good Vibes!! 3- No Antisocial Behavior, No Drugs including Marijuana. 4- If I receive a complaint from my neighbors you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund for the remaining days. 5- You are responsible for any injury related to the Trampoline or Spa.
