Your Space The main living area is located on the first floor and connects seamlessly to the kitchen, allowing guests to cook, socialize, and spend time together without feeling separated. The kitchen includes a peninsula with seating for four, while the adjacent dining area seats six, making meals and group gatherings easy and comfortable. This level works well as the central hub of the home, whether you’re starting the day or settling in after time out along 30A. Sunroom & Outdoor Living Located at the back of the home, the sunroom adds a bright and functional extension of the living space. Furnished with a table and chairs, it’s ideal for shared meals, card games, or quiet mornings with coffee.
