Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid.
