Comfortable room and great location in Blumenau

Bedroom with single bed and private bathroom (not a suite, but the bathroom is exclusive to guests). I live in the house, so guests will share the rest of the rooms with me. Apartment with a privileged location in Blumenau. It is close to FURB, the city center and Vila Germânica. The space The bedroom and bathroom are for the exclusive use of the guests. The living and dining rooms, kitchen and laundry area are temporarily restricted because of COVID-19. You'll have a comfortable bedroom to sleep and relax in, and a private bathroom for your exclusive use. Guest access Due to COVID-19, guest access is limited to the bedroom and bathroom. Use of other common areas, such as the kitchen and living room, is restricted. During your stay I'm a very communicative and easy-going person. My mission is to make guests feel at home. Other things to note To prevent damage or accidents, portable electronics such as sandwich makers and electric fryers are not available for guest use.
