No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Violations may result in a $500 fine. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. A late check out fee of $100 will be charged after 10am if no permission given for late check out. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. A fee of $250 per pet will be charged if pets are allowed on the premises. Accessibility Stairs are required to access the home. Beach & Lake Towels All beach and lake towels must be washed and dried prior to check-out. A cleaning fee will apply if towels are left wet or unwashed.
