Outdoors, the property offers a private heated swimming pool available year-round, a jacuzzi accommodating up to ten guests, and multiple terraces spread across different levels, all with privileged ocean views. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 28 years old to book. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of USD 500.00 is required. The full amount will be returned after check-out, provided no damages are found.
