A $750 cleaning fee applies for violations. -No professional photography or filming without prior written approval. -Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins. -Recycling does not need to be sorted, except for bottles and cans that are refundable in Georgia. These can be set aside—feel free to return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them. -No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises. -Damage Policy: We understand accidents happen! Please report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly and prevent further issues. -Damage Waiver: covers unintentional damages to the vacation rental property and its contents - up to $1500 - that occur during the Guest's stay, provided such damages are reported to the property manager promptly and before check-out. If propane runs out, please contact Ohana customer service for a replacement. -Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items. -Avoid blocking the driveway and neighbors garage (Doing so will result in cars being towed). -Be mindful of water usage. - Please be mindful & respectful our neighbors during your stay.
