Down stairs in front of the building there is a shared patio space with a patio table and an ocean view! You're just 30 seconds walk to the beach in Marina del Rey, in a quiet part of the Marina Peninsula, but you're also just 3 blocks to Washington Blvd, where you'll find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Venice Pier!  Uber or Walk is the easiest! But you do have parking for 1 car if you need it, and you're just a few blocks from the bus route on Washington. It's also easy to rent a bike or a bird scooter and see all of Venice, Santa Monica, and The Marina! Respectful quiet after 10PM
