Checkout is at 10 am EST; late checkouts that were not previously approved will result in fees of $60 per hour and can be more depending on circumstances and impacts. For security purposes, lock codes are changed between each guest. Decor: we can no longer allow anything to be taped, tacked, or hung on the walls, ceilings, or doorframes. For example, no streamers or banners. Plan any tabletop or freestanding decorations instead. Damage caused to drywall will be charged accordingly if it occurs during your stay.
