Nestled In Nirvana – Lakeside Cabin Retreat: Welcome to Nestled In Nirvana! Relax in the hot tub with therapeutic jets while enjoying peaceful views of nature all around you. Tucked in the woods above the lake, this cabin is perfect for a quiet getaway with friends and family. (Please note that hot tubs are not gauranteed in below freezing temperatures. We do our best to keep them going but they are weather permitting in severe weather.) Lakefront Fun: Spend your days swimming or fishing right off the dock, or take the two kayaks out on the water to explore. The lake is approximately 18 feet deep off the dock, making it great for water activities. (Reminder: No non member boats allowed on Patton Lake) Cozy Evenings: Gather around the fire pit table and take in the serene surroundings. Create lasting memories under the stars in this tranquil retreat. Parking & Policies: Parking available for 2 vehicles only. No fireworks are allowed at any time. Firewood Available: Firewood can be purchased at Patton Park (4472 Lower Patton Park Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151). Bundles are $5, and ricks are $75. Important Notes: This property is in a residential lake community (HOA). Guests must be respectful of neighbors. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cottage on the lake. Thank you in advance, we truly appreciate your cooperation! Any unapproved event or party will result in a $2,500 fine. -NO SMOKING in the house, WHATSOEVER. If there is any smoking whatsoever there will be a $300 additional cleaning fee. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm - There is no smoking inside the home. If disregarded, Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied. - If you choose to smoke outside, please properly dispose of the cigarette butts. DO NOT leave cigarette butts in the yard, lake, or anywhere on the property. - PLEASE wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees WILL be applied. - Feel free to use the grill/ fire pit/ patio area outside that is set up for our guests leisure use only. Please clean up after use and keep the grill clean. - Please do not rearrange the furniture - If guests are found to have had a an event without permission, which results in extra cleaning, Guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. in the unfortunate event of disrupting or alerting neighbors guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind the authorities will be engaged and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
