You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. • Checkout: 10:00 AM • Check-in is any time after 4 PM • Dogs are allowed up to 50 lbs and a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must be listed on your reservation with a description and a pet fee of $20/dog per night will be added after the booking is confirmed. NO CATS OR OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. • Do not eat food in the beds • Do not disrespect Neighbors • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES will be charged for the following instances: • Stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item • Lost TV remote control will result in a $100 Charge • Smoking of any kind will result in a $500 Charge • Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. • $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
