House rules • Quiet hours 9:00pm-7:00am • Checkout: 11:00 AM • Check-in is anytime after 4 PM • Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangement have been made • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. • Do not eat food in the beds • Do not disrespect Neighbors • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property, including the outside deck. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9 pm. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: Stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item • FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge • FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. • FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
