A livable balcony with a small coffee table and outdoor chairs. The large room has 1 small closet, a dresser, and 2 bedside tables. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, pans and other utensils to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. We provide 2/3 tablets for the dishwasher, a sponge and detergent for the dishes, detergent for the washing machine and 1 roll of toilet paper. Upon arrival, you will find bath and bed linens for each guest. There are 5 parking spaces at the house for 7 apartments, so at the time of booking you need to check availability. If there is no availability, you can park at a parking lot 200m from our house. CHECK-IN is always in person, and guests must be able to provide a government-issued ID for identification and registration.
