Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ● Parking: There is room for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Street parking is allowed in certain areas of the street. Please ensure you are following all posted signage. This spacious, modern coastal home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests in the heart of Galveston’s Seawall area. The main living level features an open-concept layout with a bright living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen designed for gathering after a day at the beach. Large windows bring in natural light, while easy access to the deck allows you to enjoy ocean and Pleasure Pier views. The main level also features 2 bedrooms each equipped with a Queen-sized bed. Downstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a separate in-law suite, perfect for groups requiring a little extra privacy. The home’s bedroom layout provides flexibility for families and groups, with sleeping spaces thoughtfully spread out to offer both privacy and comfort. Multiple bathrooms make mornings easy, whether you’re heading to the beach, downtown, or out to explore the island. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to: ● Provide a government-issued photo ID ● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID ● Confirm your contact information ● Complete our verification portal Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose. GVR # 14850 - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - Pets are not allowed. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
