30's School Upstairs 3BR/2BA/Pool/Gym/Fort NO FEES

This classic schoolhouse was built in 1931. It still has that vintage charm, and we have filled the apartments with turn of the century inspired furniture and decor, yet adding modern conveniences. Many of the items date back to its use as a elementary school. Our goal is to make it as warm, welcoming, and comfortable as possible. We have a pool, full gymnasium with sports, and ping pong. There is a fire pit, big lawn, and fort area. We have a Peloton and a small treadmill - ask us and we will let you use them. This listing includes 2 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed, and 2 Twin roll away beds. There is also a full sized couch.
