Noise & Quiet Hours * Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors. No Smoking * This is a strictly non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the unit or building. Pets * Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. * Undisclosed pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet. * Additional pet fees may apply where indicated. Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in: 4:00 PM * Check-out: 11:00 AM * Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. * Stays exceeding 2 hours past check-out will be charged the full daily base rate (without discounts). * Late check-out does not guarantee extended use of the property for the rest of the day.
