Strictly no parties or loud guests at all Please note that after completing your reservation, the rental property manager will contact you to collect either a refundable security deposit of 300 pounds or a 59 pound non refundable waiver. This deposit will be held by the property manager and fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property or other issues. The 59 pound waiver is non refundable.
