A top-floor apartment in the middle of West Hollywood, and the kind of place that feels genuinely lived in rather than staged. There's room to spread out across two bedrooms, an office, a living room, and a dining table set for six, every corner layered with collected art, warm wood, and pieces that clearly weren't bought in a single trip. The king bedroom opens to a private balcony, the kitchen is small but ready for real cooking, and there's a proper desk for the days work comes along. It sleeps four, with in-unit laundry and the rest of what a longer stay asks for. That said, the location is the crown jewel: the heart of West Hollywood, steps from the restaurants on Santa Monica Boulevard and minutes from the Sunset Strip. A true guest favorite. The apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps four. The primary has a king and opens to a private balcony; the second has a queen with a work desk; and a separate office makes a quiet place to work, with a crib available for those traveling with a baby. There is one full bathroom. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, and a dining table seats six beside the living room. You'll also have high-speed wifi, central air conditioning, in-unit laundry, and gym equipment, with cotton linens, robes, and grooming supplies standard. The entire apartment is yours, both bedrooms, the office, the living and dining areas, the kitchen, the full bathroom, and the private balcony. You'll let yourself in by keypad, so you arrive on your own schedule. Parking is two spots in the building's garage. Sarāy is hosted by Leo, reachable throughout your stay and otherwise happy to leave you to it. Check-in is self-service by keypad, so your arrival is your own. Optional housekeeping can be arranged in advance or during your stay for a fee. *Please note that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. *The property is located in an urban neighborhood. As with most city locations, guests should expect some street, pedestrian, and neighborhood noise. *There is a coffee shop located on the ground floor of the building that operates until 10:00 PM. While most guests find the atmosphere lively and enjoyable, those who are particularly sensitive to noise may wish to take this into consideration before booking. *Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please inquire before booking. *Optional daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee and can be arranged in advance or during your stay. *Prior to check-in, guests are required to complete and sign an online check-in form, which includes the property's Terms & Conditions. *To help ensure the security of the property, guests may be required to verify their identity and provide a valid credit card to be kept on file prior to check-in. We want you to feel at home — and we ask that you treat the space with care and respect. By booking or staying at this property, you agree to the following: 1. Check-In & Check-Out - Check-in window: 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Early arrivals require prior approval and may incur additional fees. - Check-out window: 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs require prior approval and may incur additional fees. - Unauthorized late check-out or failure to vacant the property by the check-out time may result in additional charges, including overstay fees. - Unapproved late check-outs will be charged at $100 per each additional hour (or portion thereof). 2. Occupancy & Guests - Prior to check-in, guests are required to complete and sign an online check-in form, which includes the property's Terms & Conditions. - To help ensure the security of the property, guests may be required to verify their identity and provide a valid credit card to be kept on file prior to check-in. - The individual making the reservation must be at eighteen (18) years of age, unless otherwise required by applicable law. - Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. - Visitors must be approved in advance and may not stay overnight unless added to the reservation as guests. - Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. 3. No Parties or Events - Parties, events, gatherings, filming, or commercial use are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing. 4. Noise & Community - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times. 5. Smoking - No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the property. - Violation may result in additional cleaning and odor removal charges. 6. Pets - Pets are only allowed if pre-approved. - Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees and/or removal. 7. Property Care & Damage - Please treat the home and all furnishings with care. - No alterations, installations, or moving of furniture without prior approval. Moving, rearranging, or altering the layout of furniture is not permitted. Any unauthorized changes may result in additional fees of up to $500, based on labor time required to restore the property. - Guest is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage to furniture, linens, appliances, or finishes. - For your convenience, dedicated makeup towels are provided—please use these for makeup removal. Makeup stains on standard linens or towels may result in replacement charges. - Stained linens or towels that cannot be restored will incur replacement charges at the values below: King Sheet ($45), Queen Sheet ($43), Bath Towel ($25 each), Hand/Face --- Towel ($18 each), Washcloth ($10 each), Bath Rug ($25 each). - Where applicable, fireplaces are for display only and may not be used. - Where applicable, Japanese blinds are custom-made and delicate — please handle with extra care. Damage to these items may result in repair or replacement charges. - Excessive mess or failure to maintain the property in reasonable condition may result in additional cleaning fees. 8. Parking - You must observe all signs for parking regulations. - Guest assumes all risk for vehicles. 9. Cleanliness & Checkout - Before departure, please: - Dispose of all trash in designated bins — trash left behind may incur a $100 removal fee. - Excessive trash left behind (including boxes, packaging, or large quantities of waste) will incur an additional $75 trash removal fee. - Do not leave dirty dishes — please load and run the dishwasher (if available); uncleaned dishes may incur a $100 cleaning fee. - Gather all used towels in one place. - Turn off all electrical devices, including heating/cooling systems, pool or hot tub equipment (if applicable) — failure to do so may result in additional charges of up to $500. - Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition. - Follow any specific checkout instructions provided. - Failure to follow checkout instructions may result in additional fees. 10. Prohibited Conduct - The following are strictly prohibited: - Illegal activity of any kind. - Exceeding occupancy limits. - Tampering with safety or monitoring devices. - Violating community or building rules. - Violations may result in immediate removal without refund. 11. Charges & Responsibility Guest is responsible for: - Damage to the property or its contents. - Missing items. - Excessive cleaning. - Rule violations or fines. - Lost or unreturned keys may incur a replacement fee of up to $125 per key. Lost or unreturned garage openers/clickers may incur a replacement fee of up to $250 per device. - Sarāy may require a security deposit or pre-authorization hold prior to check-in. The amount, if applicable, will be disclosed before or at the time of booking. - Applicable charges may be deducted from the security deposit/pre-authorization hold, if collected, and/or charged to the payment method on file in accordance with the Terms. 12. Property Access - Sarāy, the Owner, and their authorized representatives may access the property when reasonably necessary for maintenance, repairs, inspections, or operational purposes, in accordance with applicable laws. - Whenever possible, reasonable notice will be provided prior to entry. - In the event of an emergency, or where immediate access is reasonably necessary to protect persons or property, Sarāy and its representatives may enter the property without prior notice or Guest approval. 13. Personal Belongings - Guests are responsible for all personal belongings brought to the property. - Sarāy and the Owner are not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items. You could let a whole day pass without leaving the block. Javista sits on the ground floor, an easy place to start the morning over coffee or linger with a matcha and a pastry. A few doors west, Laurel Hardware serves dinner and cocktails inside a converted hardware store that kept its old facade, and the night carries on from there. When you want the full LA ritual, Erewhon is a short drive for the cold-pressed everything and the people-watching that comes with it. Runyon Canyon is close for the morning climb, and the beaches at Santa Monica are an easy run west when the city's had its turn. Central to most of Los Angeles. You can walk to dinner and drive anywhere in the city without much fuss. Rideshare arrives in minutes, Metro and bus lines run nearby, and LAX is twelve miles south.
