Cosy BSMT suite, near Grouse Mtn, FreeParking Welcome to our North Vancouver basement suite! Just steps from a bus stop and a 2‑minute walk to transit, you’ll have easy access to downtown and nearby attractions like Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Grouse Mountain. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply: - No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco ) - No illegal drugs - No party or gathering of any sort - No pets allowed - Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9:30 pm to 7:30 am - 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest. - Only registered guests are allowed; any unapproved additional overnight guests will incur extra‑person fees Access to your suite is 100% private. Self check-in with keyless door lock. Guests enjoy the whole guest suite exclusively and nothing is shared. The guest suite includes a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette (No stove allowed due to local bylaw), and a full bathroom. We have free street parking on our side of street and across the street. To YVR Airport (~55 minutes): Bus #246 or #239 to Lonsdale Quay SeaBus to Waterfront Station Canada Line directly to YVR‑Airport (Regular 2‑zone fare + airport add‑fare) To Lynn Canyon (~1 hour 8 minutes): Walk 2 minutes to EB W 22 St @ Pemberton Ave Take 236 to Lonsdale Quay Transfer to 228 toward Upper Lynn Valley Get off at NB Lynn Valley Rd @ Dempsey Rd Walk ~23 minutes to the suspension bridge entrance Our cozy basement suite is designed for travelers who want comfort and convenience. It features two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and a bright living area with modern appliances. You’ll find a smart TV for movie nights, in‑suite laundry, and easy parking options. The location is a big plus: the bus stop is right outside, and in just minutes you can reach the SeaBus station or head downtown. We’re also close to some of North Vancouver’s best attractions—Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, Grouse Mountain for skiing and hiking, and Lynn Canyon Park with its amazing trails. Stanley Park and Granville Island are also a short drive away across Lions Gate Bridge. This makes our suite a perfect base whether you’re here for outdoor adventures, sightseeing, or simply a relaxed stay in a convenient neighborhood.
