This condo combines comfort, style, and access to everything North Beach has to offer. - Please notify the Management Office in advance if you expect any visitors who are not on your permanent record. Unregistered guests will not be allowed entry by the Front Desk. - Hanging towels, clothing, or any personal items from the balcony railing is strictly prohibited. - We would like to inform you that this is a private residence owned, operating independently of the Hotel management. IMPORTANT INFORMATION We take your safety very seriously. To ensure the well-being of everyone, we kindly request that all guests are registered. Please provide the full names and the ID of all guests who will be entering the property. During the check-in process, please present the ID of each guest at the front desk. Reservations must be made by a 21 years person, and the reservation holder´s presence is required throughout the entire stay. Mandatory Fee: • Check-in fee of $ applies, and it must be paid at the front desk during check-in. • Paid Parking Available: $40 per day (pay by credit card) Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge these expenses to the room, so we kindly ask that you settle the payment directly when enjoying these services. We would like to inform you that this is a private residence owned, operating independently of the Hotel management. - Smoking on the property is strictly prohibited. A fine of $300 will be applied in case of violations. - Please be respectful with other guests and avoid loud noises as you are staying in a residential area. - Should you encounter any inconveniences, please don´t hesitate to inform us promptly. -The Condominium administration prohibits the accumulation of garbage. Please use the designated trash containers for trash placement. - Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, contact us 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we can arrange a late check-out until 12:00 PM for an additional $50. Please note that if other guests are arriving on your departure day, a late check-out will not be possible. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. - We do not provide washcloths. This apartment is equipped for your comfort. Please handle all objects and equipment with care.
