If you do not use electricity sparingly, all consumption above 40 kWh per day will be charged at $0.60 per kWh. In general, 40 kWh per day is sufficient to power four air conditioners for approximately 8 hours per day, along with all lights and appliances. Any evidence of smoking will include a fee deducted from your deposit for odour removal and ductwork and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outside please ensure you dispose of cigarettes safely due to the high fire risk. [No Pets] We love all furry friends but unfortunately the property is not suitable for pets. [No Parties or Events] We kindly ask that you treat the property as
