[Electricity] Unlike most providers in Curacao, we usually do not charge a separate fee for electricity. The price you see when booking is the total price you will pay, provided you use your electricity responsibly. To protect the island's fragile environment and to control high electricity costs, we ask you to use energy wisely. Turn off all lights and air conditioning when you leave the property. If you do not use electricity sparingly, all consumption above 40 kWh per day will be charged at $0.60 per kWh. In general, 40 kWh per day is sufficient to power four air conditioners for approximately 8 hours per day, along with all lights and appliances. [Noise] Please be considerate of your neighbors and exclude excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10:00 PM. [No smoking] Please keep the property smoke-free. Any evidence of smoking will include a fee deducted from your deposit for odour removal and ductwork and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outside please ensure you dispose of cigarettes safely due to the high fire risk. [No Pets] We love all furry friends but unfortunately the property is not suitable for pets. [No Parties or Events] We kindly ask that you treat the property as your own home so that we can maintain its potential condition for future guests and your own return. [Elektriciteit] In tegenstelling tot de meeste aanbieders op Curaçao rekenen wij geen aparte kosten voor elektriciteitsverbruik tenzij u onverantwoord omgaat met het gebruik. Om ons te helpen het kwetsbare milieu van het eiland te beschermen en de hoge elektriciteitskosten te beheersen, vragen wij u om voorzichtig om te gaan met uw energieverbruik. Doe alle lichten en de airconditioning uit wanneer u de accommodatie verlaat. [Geluid] Houd rekening met de buren en vermijd overmatig lawaai of luide muziek, vooral na 22.00 uur. [Niet roken binnen] Let op: de accommodatie is rookvrij. Bij het aantreffen van rookwaar worden kosten in rekening gebracht op uw borg voor het verwijderen van geuren, het reinigen van de luchtkanalen en het schoonmaken van de meubels.
