Please note that this room does not have a private bathroom; guests staying here will share one of the bathrooms inside the main house. ***Proximity to Nature – What to Expect*** Our home has its own pond, and due to the natural surroundings, occasional critters and crawlers may be unavoidable. Rest assured, the home is well-maintained, and we have professional pest control services scheduled quarterly to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests. ***Extra Services - Movie Theatre *** We offer a movie theatre setup for $150. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to request this service so we can coordinate with our onsite team. **Pet Policy** We understand that your furry friends are an important part of your family, and we want to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for both you and your pets. Please review our pet policy below: 1. **Types of Pets Allowed**: We welcome well-behaved pets. 2. **Number of Pets**: We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us in advance to discuss. 3. **Pet Fees**: A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per stay will be charged to cover additional cleaning expenses. This fee is per pet. 4. **Size and Breed Restrictions**: While we do not impose specific size or breed restrictions, we ask that you consider the size of our property and whether it will comfortably accommodate your pet. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. 5. **Behavior and Etiquette**: Pets must be well-behaved and under control at all times. Excessive barking, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result for extra charges. 6. **Supervision**: Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are crated and it has been established that they are comfortable in their crate. Please provide your own crate. 7. **Cleaning Up After Your Pet**: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience. 8. **Damages**: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements. 9. **Notification**: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) along so that we can make necessary arrangements and ensure the best possible experience for you and your furry companions. By booking our property and bringing your pet(s) along, you agree to adhere to the terms of our pet policy. We hope you and your pets have a wonderful stay with us! Please ask permission for additional guests or visitors. No third-party bookings are permitted. The person who booked the reservation must be staying on the property. 2) Please send all communications through the platform when possible. This ensures access to 24/7 customer support services if necessary and protects both Guests and Hosts. 3) Please turn off lights and all appliances (especially air conditioners and heat) when you are not at home. 4) Please provide a check-in time 72 hours prior to your date of check-in so we can anticipate your arrival. 5) Please contact us for alternative check-out times and we will do our best to accommodate. A late check out fee may apply. 6) Lockout service is subject to availability. Please contact us if you are locked out and we will respond as quickly as possible. A lock out fee may apply. 7) To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all, this is a strict non-smoking premise. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. A minimum $500 smoking fee will be charged for odor removal. 8) If you are bringing your pet, please let us know ahead of time. Unauthorized animals will result in additional cleaning fees. We do allow dogs not more than 50 lbs. for an additional $25/night (for 1 pet) and $35/night (for 2 pets). 9) We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. If you misplace something in the home, please let us know so we can look out for the item during cleaning. 10) If guests are found to have had an event or party without permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. If neighbors are disrupted as a result of such an event, guests may be asked to leave the property.
