But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM). • Washcloths are not provided. • Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest. • To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest. ⚠️ Potential for noise Please take note you may hear occasional construction noise during the day. This is normal in an area undergoing rapid urban development and will not affect your stay at night. Recommendation: If you are sensitive to noise, we suggest bringing earplugs. Important Information‼️ To ensure a smooth and secure experience, we kindly request that all guests staying in the unit be registered by providing a valid photo ID on the day of check-in. Even if you've already verified your ID through the platform, we still require an additional copy for building access purposes, as only registered guests are allowed entry. - Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours´ notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. 🚫 Additionally: - Please do not use towels to remove makeup, and note that washcloths are not provided. - Package Deliveries: Deliveries from Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, or similar services are not permitted at the property address. - Any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee. - Household Items: All items provided in the home must remain inside the unit. Missing items may result in additional charges. - Keys & Access Devices: Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee. - No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $300 fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is found. - Respect Quiet Hours: Please avoid loud noises, especially during nighttime, as this is a residential building. Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to help us maintain an energy-efficient and comfortable environment.
