Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snowfall, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control. Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released. Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions, including snowstorms, icy roads, wildfire smoke, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Professionally managed by the property manager. This unit is operated outside of the resorts rental pool.
