Kayaks are free to use at your own risk, guests are responsible for their own life jackets • Family-friendly amenities available for guests of all ages. • Some hypoallergenic dogs may be allowed upon request with an additional pet fee. • Exterior security cameras are in place for guest safety and property protection. • There are steps required to enter the home through every entrance. • The yard and lot slope downhill toward the lake; please use caution, especially with children. • The sofa beds in the living room are these sizes: full, queen, and twin. Guests have full, private access to the home, lakefront yard, dock, and outdoor seating areas. Check-in is self-guided with smart lock access; detailed door codes will be sent prior to arrival. The basement, garage, and certain closets are not permitted. A car is recommended to get to and from the property and to explore the surrounding area. Parking is available on site.
