If you have to, please put it back the way you found it. ~ Do not litter around the neighborhood. ~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly. ~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses. # Booking Requirements: ~ We call all of our guests as part of our verification process given that we had multiple issues in the past relating to guests that aren't who they say they are. ~ No calls means no check-in. # Things to note: # HVAC rules: ~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes. # Pet Rules ~ Please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate. ~ Please pick up after your pets or we’ll have to charge and pay someone to do it after your stay with us.
