Please inquire early check-in through the messages and not on the app as we won't see them coming. ~ ⏰ **Late Check-Out:** Complimentary until 12PM if approved and no back-to-back booking. ### 🧹 Mid-stay Clean * Starter kit provided; full mid-stay clean available at cleaning fee rate ### 🔍 Lost & Found * $50 convenience fee + shipping cost if items left behind ### 🤚🏻 Special Requests * Air mattress or Pack 'n Play available with 48-hour notice ### 🧰 Maintenance * Regular upkeep including pool, trash, and lawn ### 📫 Mailboxes & Deliveries * On-site mailboxes not available; packages can be delivered to the door or nearby post office ~ 👮 *Security Deposit:* $500 refundable hold placed before check-in, released after checkout if no damages occur. ~ 🎥 *Cameras:* Outdoor surveillance only for your safety—*no cameras inside* the home. ~ ❌ *Cancellations:* A 4% credit card fee is non-refundable regardless of policy. ⚠️ Please note that in the City of Long Beach, neighboring properties are permitted to carry out construction during the hours allowed by the city without providing advance notice to surrounding residents. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and neighbors are not required to notify us before beginning construction. --- **This Long Beach gem offers sun-soaked days, sleek design, and the perfect mix of style and chill vibes—your mid-century modern pool retreat awaits!** # General House Rule: ~ Check in is NO earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is NO later than 11:00 AM. ~ Check in and check out time may change depending on the host's verbal or written approval. ~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc. ~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it. ~ Do not litter around the neighborhood. ~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly. ~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses. # Booking Requirements: ~ To ensure a great stay for you, we’ll send a few quick questions to the primary guest (the person who booked). This helps us make sure your plans align with our neighborhood and city guidelines. ~ To ensure everyone's safety and a smooth stay, the primary guest (the person who booked) will need to sign a waiver confirming responsibility and acknowledging important safety guidelines for using the water amenity. This waiver will be sent out after the booking is confirmed. If the primary guest prefers not to assume responsibility for the entire group, each guest will need to sign a separate waiver individually. # Things to note: # HVAC rules: ~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes. # Pet Rules ~ Please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate. ~ Please pick up after your pets or we’ll have to charge and pay someone to do it after your stay with us. # Pool Rules ~ No use of the amenity after 9pm as it creates noise during night time. We are avoiding any possible neighbor complaints as much as possible! ~ Not Pet/Service Animal/ESA swimming in the pool. ~ Guests are not allowed to touch the controls of the pool unless authorized. ~ Solar pool heat only works during the day and it is dependent on the weather. Temperature is not adjustable.
