Please inquire early check-in through the messages and not on the app as we won't see them coming. ~ ⏰ **Late Check-Out:** Complimentary until 12PM if approved and no back-to-back booking. ### 📅 Long-term Stays * 29+ nights require a rental agreement, background check, and credit check ### 🧹 Mid-stay Cleaning * Starter kit provided; full cleaning available for the same rate as your cleaning fee ### 🔍 Lost & Found * $50 convenience fee + shipping cost if items are left behind ### 🤚🏻 Special Requests * Air mattress or Pack 'n Play available with 48-hour notice ### 🚗 Street Parking * Please read street signs for cleaning regulations; hosts not responsible for tickets ### 🧰 Maintenance * Regular upkeep including trash, lawn, and other home care ### 📫 Mailboxes * Guests may not use on-site mailboxes; deliveries can be made to the door or nearby post office ~ 👮 *Security Deposit:* $500 refundable hold placed before check-in, released after checkout if no damages occur. ~ 🎥 *Cameras:* Outdoor surveillance only for your safety—*no cameras inside* the home. ~ ❌ *Cancellations:* A 4% credit card fee is non-refundable regardless of policy. ⚠️ Please note that in the City of Los Angeles, neighboring properties are permitted to carry out construction during the hours allowed by the city without providing advance notice to surrounding residents. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and neighbors are not required to notify us before beginning construction. # General House Rule: ~ Check in is NO earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is NO later than 11:00 AM. ~ Check in and check out time may change depending on the host's verbal or written approval. ~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc. ~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it. ~ Do not litter around the neighborhood. ~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly. ~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses. # Booking Requirements: ~ We call all of our guests as part of our verification process given that we had multiple issues in the past relating to guests that aren't who they say they are. ~ No calls means no check-in. # Things to note: # HVAC rules: ~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes. # Pet Rules ~ Please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate. ~ Please pick up after your pets or we’ll have to charge and pay someone to do it after your stay with us.
