If you have to, please put it back the way you found it. ~ Do not litter around the neighborhood. ~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly. ~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses. # Booking Requirements: ~ To ensure a great stay for you, we’ll send a few quick questions to the primary guest (the person who booked). This helps us make sure your plans align with our neighborhood and city guidelines. ~ To ensure everyone's safety and a smooth stay, the primary guest (the person who booked) will need to sign a waiver confirming responsibility and acknowledging important safety guidelines for using the water amenity. This waiver will be sent out after the booking is confirmed. If the primary guest prefers not to assume responsibility for the entire group, each guest will need to sign a separate waiver individually. # Things to note: # HVAC rules: ~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes. # Pet Rules ~ Please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate. ~ Please pick up after your pets or we’ll have to charge and pay someone to do it after your stay with us. # Hot Tub/Jacuzzi Rules ~ No use of the amenity after 9pm as it creates noise during night time. We are avoiding any possible neighbor complaints as much as possible! ~ Not Pets/Service Animal/ESA swimming in the Hot Tub/Jacuzzi.
