Activities depending on season Hiking & walking in nature is the most enjoyable activity in this natural setting Cycling around the village and all around Tara Lapusului is very enjoyable. Currently we cannot supply bikes but we hope to do so in the future. Guests are invited to explore the orchard garden and pick their own fruit when in season. We have apples, pears, plums, cherries and blueberries. As the house is located on top of the hill separating the village of Cupseni from the valley village of Costeni and the garden extends over the village road, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of Satra mountain and Costeni village. Guests are invited to explore the second garden with its birches and mini forest overlooking the village of Costeni. In summer, guests can take a picnic to the second garden and enjoy a picnic with a view of Costeni village. During your stay Keys are available from the friendly neighbour who looks after the house. Viorica is our caretaker and a great cook. In winter she tends the fire in the central heating stove which keeps the house warm. Her sons Claudiu and Alin are 10 & 13; they bring fresh eggs for breakfast and fresh milk every morning during their holidays. Viorica's mother-in-law Valeria is an excellent baker and helps out around the house. November - March to prepare and warm up the house before your arrival we kindly request 24 hours notice.
