Walk a little further and step into the master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed dressed in soft, inviting tones and a large window overlooking the balcony and the city. In the living area, you’ll find a dining table ready for dinner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a record player to set the mood with your favorite music. Whether you’re relaxing on the beautiful orange leather couch, watching TV, or simply admiring the view from the big windows, this space is designed for comfort and connection. For those needing to get a little work done, there’s also a dedicated workspace where you can focus while still enjoying the cozy atmosphere. Through us a secure, gated lot connected to the complex that offers paid parking for a small fee, you will have access to the info through our guide book! While metered street parking can also be found just beside the building—ideal for those who prefer easy access in the heart of downtown. Explore Washington as everything is within a walking distance! 🕒 Early check-in or late check-out available upon request for $30 each, depending on availability. Guest have the option to pay for the gated parking we provide; Daily fee of $5. 🐶 Pets are welcomed at an additional Fee already included in the price! 🦮SERVICE ANIMALS: We strive to make our space welcoming and comfortable for all guests, including those traveling with service animals, if you have any specific needs or preferences for your stay, please free feel to let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is prepared for your arrival. - **No smoking or vaping**: A $500 fine will be charged for smoking or vaping inside the apartment. - **No excessive mess**: Excessive cleaning will depend on the severity of the incident. - **Quiet hours**: Please respect quiet hours from 8 PM to 7 AM. - **Lost Gate remote**: A $200 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged gate remote. - **Lost Parking Tag**: A $50 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged Tag. - **No parties or events**: Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. - **No illegal activities**: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. - **Damage to property**: Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents will be charged at replacement cost, plus a $300 damage fee. - **No hanging items from balconies**. -
