There is a strict no party rule at this property. If you host a party or incur a noise complaint you will be fined $500 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. 2. There is parking available for a maximum of two vehicles. Please do not bring more than two vehicles. 3. Smoking is not permitted at this property. If you smoke, you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. 4. Check-Out is at 10 am. If you are over 30 minutes late for check out, there is a $100 fee to pay for the maid's time. If you are over 1 hour late, you'll be fined $150 per hour. If we are unable to have the house ready for our next guest because you have not vacated, you'll be charged the full price of the next guest's reservation. This will not give you the right to extend your stay. 5. If you bring a pet, you are responsible for any damage that the pet causes. If your pet sheds excessively or leaves a large mess, you'll be charged a $150 deep cleaning fee. If your pet damages furniture, you'll be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
