The beach is calling, so unwind, explore, and make memories at Bahia Beach today! Guests have access to the entire condo and all resort amenities. Other guests will be at the resort 🌊 Because we’re right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. It’s just part of the coastal charm! charm! 🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed. 💡 The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7. Unfortunately, it can’t be switched off from inside the unit. Pool Fob Reminder: Before checking out, please take a quick photo of the pool fob returned where you last found them in the unit. If the fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged to guests. ⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine. 🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. PLEASE NOTE: 🗑️Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability. Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm. ✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. ✔ A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival. Therefore we do not guarantee nor are we are not responsible for their cleanliness or availability. If there are any issues please reach out to us. We do not issue refunds if amenities outside of the unit are unavailable for any reason. HOUSE RULES: ✔ MINIMUM AGE: The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 18 will be refused entry and your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. ✔ OCCUPANCY. A max of 5 people are allowed. Day time visitors may be allowed but please notify us in advance ✔ CHECKOUT/CHECK-IN PROCESS: Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout times are 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Ex. if you have not left by 10:45 AM you will be charged $70. Depending on availability and subject to the team's approval, you can request for an early check in or late checkout. For early check-in and late checkout requests, the fee is $20/hour when approved in advance and paid before check-in/checkout. As a reminder, we do NOT guarantee early check-in or late checkout *ever*. It depends on our booking calendar and cleaning schedule. ✔ PETS: We do not allow pets. Manager reserves the right to remove any pet for inappropriate behavior. Service pets stay for free. ESA pets incur a pet fee of $125. Service animals are free. ✔ SMOKING. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside any of our rentals. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. ✔ LOCKOUTS. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. ✔ WEAPONS. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, we do NOT ALLOW any lethal weapons on our properties. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. ✔ We reserve the right to approve date changes requested outside the full refund window. If approved, a "date change fee" of 10% of the total reservation (including fees and taxes) or $100—whichever is less—will apply, with a minimum fee of $35. This applies only to stays of 5 nights or less. Longer stays may have different fees and restrictions. ✔ PARTIES. We DO NOT allow parties, events, or social gatherings of any size or any time of the day. ✔ NOISE POLICY: Quiet time is between 10pm to 8am daily. Please note that weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. While we do our best to inform guests of potential noise in advance, we cannot guarantee a noise-free environment and do not issue refunds for such disturbances. Thank you for your understanding ✔ For the safety and security of our property and guests, this rental has exterior security cameras. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and do not capture any areas inside the home. We value and respect your privacy ✔ TV Subscriptions & Apps Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. ✔ RESORT FEE (DAMAGE WAIVER): $20 resort fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $500 in damages during your stay (excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items). This is instead of having to pay a damage deposit of $1000 and have a credit card on file. Guest may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. ✔ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. ✔ PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE. ALL TRANSACTIONS, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. ✔ Please note that the FEES MAY OR MAY NOT YET BE INCLUDED in the total when you book on third party platforms. We have the right to collect these fees separately if they are not reflected in the initial booking total. ✔ POOL FOB REMINDER: Before checking out, please take a quick photo of the pool fob returned where you last found them in the unit. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, and nearby beaches.
