Please browse our host profile for the complete list of gorgeous listings. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the home. If any evidence of indoor smoking is found, a cleaning and odor remediation fee of up to $2,500 will apply to cover the cost of restoration and may result in forfeiture of the security deposit where applicable. Outdoor smoking is allowed, but cigarette butts and smoking materials must be disposed of properly. A $200 fee may be charged if our staff has to clean up discarded smoking debris. By booking this home, you agree to these terms. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love furry friends, but unfortunately, our home cannot accommodate them. ★ COMING IN FROM THE LAKE ★ We love that you're enjoying the water! However, all guests must be completely dry before re-entering the home. Wet swimsuits, towels, and lake gear should be left on the deck or porch until dry. Excessive water tracked inside causes damage to floors and furnishings. A cleaning or repair fee may apply if water damage is found after checkout. Please help us keep the lake home in great shape for you and future guests! ★ ELEVATOR OUT OF SERVICE ★ Please be advised that the elevator at this property is out of service. Guests should be prepared to use the stairs until further notice. ★ CAMERAS ★ Please be advised that there are exterior security cameras located at the surrounding area. These cameras are in place to ensure the safety and security of the premises. There are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the home. ★ BOOKING REQUIREMENTS ★ The person making the reservation must be 24 years of age or older and must be one of the guests staying at the home. Reservations booked on behalf of someone else are not accepted. The one exception is a corporate booking. A company may reserve the home for its employees, in which case the company and the person who books on its behalf remain fully responsible for the reservation, and we will ask for the name of the lead guest who will be staying. ★ COMPLETE THE CHECK-IN PROCESS ★ As a licensed Vacation Lodging Agency, we require all guests to complete a Pre-Arrival form and sign a rental agreement upon booking. Both take about five minutes online. Pre-Arrival form. Collects your phone number, estimated arrival and departure times, total guest count, number of vehicles, and a photo of a valid government issued photo ID (driver's license or state ID card) along with the ID number, for the person on the reservation only. This is used to verify your identity and run a background check. Your information is secured by industry standard software used by VLS Agencies across the globe. It is not sold or provided to any 3rd party, and ID documents are removed from your file after checkout. Rental agreement. Establishes clear and mutually agreed upon terms between the host and the guest, outlining both parties' rights, responsibilities, and expectations during the stay. The full agreement is sent to you immediately after booking and is available on request beforehand. Arrival instructions are sent three days before check in once both items are complete. Your door code is sent at the check in time on your arrival day. If you have any questions or concerns about the check in process, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. ★ KEY TERMS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT ★ The guest on the reservation signs on behalf of the entire party and is responsible for any damage caused by guests or visitors during the stay. Occupancy may not exceed the maximum shown on this listing. Unapproved guests or visitors may be charged $100 per night per person. Visitors may not stay overnight, and no tents, campers, or RVs may be used on the property. Tampering with a smoke or carbon monoxide detector carries a $1,000 fire safety fee. Fires are permitted only in the installed fireplace or a designated fire pit, and only when no burn ban is in effect. No fireworks. Staying past the check out time without approval is charged at $50 per hour or any portion of an hour. If it delays preparation for the next reservation, the full nightly rate for that night plus any cost of accommodating incoming guests also applies. Any hot tub, dock, shoreline, or watercraft is used at your own risk. Children and non swimmers must be supervised at all times. ★ CLEANING & FURNITURE ★ Standard Cleaning A basic cleaning service is included in your reservation. This covers laundry, light cleaning, and preparation of the home for future guests. Please help us keep things in good condition by cleaning up after yourself during your stay. Excessive Mess We ask that the home be left in a generally tidy condition. If the home is left excessively messy (for example, food spills, trash everywhere, damaged linens), an additional cleaning fee may be charged based on the time and effort required to restore the property. Furniture Furniture must not be moved. If it has been significantly relocated and not returned to its original position, a repositioning fee may apply to cover time and labor. ★ LAUNDRY ACCESS — SHARED AMENITY ★ The washer and dryer are located in the garage and are a shared amenity. Our cleaning staff may access the garage laundry area as needed during your stay for operational purposes. Cleaners will not enter the living space and access is limited solely to the garage. ★ RIGHT OF REFUSAL ★ In accordance with Tennessee law, we reserve the right to decline an inquiry, or to decline or terminate a reservation, for any of the following reasons: Bookings made for the purpose of hosting a group event, gathering, party, reunion, or function of any kind. Fraternal organizations or sororities booking events not associated with membership. Churches booking events unrelated to membership or religious affiliation. Bookings where the reserving guest will not be staying at the home, other than a corporate booking made for employees. Bookings by local residents for stays shorter than 14 days. Smoking inside the home by any member of the party. A background check revealing incidents involving theft, drug distribution, destruction of property, violence, or any matter concerning the safety of children. Any misrepresentation of the party size, guest identity, age, or purpose of the stay. Any other relevant factor deemed necessary by management. Your entire home is exclusively yours during your stay—relax, unwind, and make yourself comfortable. Check-In & Key Access To ensure security for all guests, your 4-digit access code will be sent right at check-in time. The code will unlock the front door and both garage doors. Check-In Policy Guests must check in before 8:00 PM ET. Our office hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform the host in advance. Check-in after 8:00 PM will not provide access to the key code, and assistance will resume at 8:00 AM the following day.
