Hibiscus Hideaway: Bikes, Private Pool & Beach Fun

Welcome to Hibiscus Hideaway, a relaxing Florida retreat perfect for families or friends. This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the private screened-in pool with covered seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside you’ll find A/C, fast Wi-Fi, TV, books, and beach and pool toys. Disney and Universal are about an hour away, making this a great home base for both adventure and downtime. As you enter the home, the kitchen is on the right and fully equipped to cook and bake during your stay. There is a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Off from the kitchen, there is a dining room table that seats 6. Off from the dining area, you'll find a seating area with a couch and arm chairs, bookshelves full with a variety of choices, and a couple of desks and chairs perfect for remote workers. Walking down the hallway, there are 3 bedrooms that will sleep a total of 6 comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with a super comfy queen-size bed, full-size closet, and furniture to store your clothing during your stay. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom attached that offers a walk-in shower with a rain shower head, body jets, and a removable shower head. The other bathroom has a tub/shower combo equipped with a removable shower head. It is located in the hallway across from the other 2 bedrooms. As you come back into the main area, there is a family room with sliders that open to the pool in the back of the house. The family room is equipped with a wrap around couch and 55" television. There is also another kitchen table with 3 chairs. From this area, you exit the backdoor to the covered porch, where there is an outside table and screen enclosed pool area. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs, a few pool umbrellas, and pool toys for all the fun in the sun! The pool area is fully screened in. Hibiscus Hideaway is nicely landscaped and well furnished with everything you need to feel right at home. This 3 bedroom/2 bath home offers a full kitchen, dining area, living and family room, along with a sparkling pool and soaker pool (not heated) with a screened enclosure. Either lounge by the pool, walk to the beach, or ride a beach cruiser (2 are included with the rental). This beautiful home is a great choice for a relaxing vacation. Guests often use wetsuits during the winter months when water temperatures can drop. If you prefer a heated pool, there's a community pool available for public use with a small daily fee or a pass. The smaller pool also does not have a separate heating system and overflows into the larger pool when the system is running, which operates from morning to evening. Hi, and thank you for your interest in Hibiscus Hideaway! We enjoy hosting people from all parts of the country and world so they can enjoy a little piece of paradise too while visiting our area! We have a pretty simple, laid-back way of living and ask that our guests respect and do the same. Just a few things, so we are all on the same page... 1. Only one vehicle is authorized to park in the driveway unless you have received approval for more before your stay. 2. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Any noise complaints or police activity, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. 3. After beach time, please use the available hose on the side of the house near the path you enter to rinse any sand off to keep it outside as much as possible. 4. Remove shoes at the entrance to keep the floors clean during your stay. Please no shoes inside, unless they are house shoes. 5. No guests without prior permission. We have a max of 6 total occupancy for the house at any time 6. Electric grill is available for your use. All you have to do is turn on and use (no charcoal or gas). Please make sure you clean the grill after use, or there will be an additional $50 fee to clean. 7. Upon check out, please wash your used dishes and put them in the dishwasher and start. Remove leftover and open food in refrigerator and cabinets. Remove trash and put in the green container located on the side of the garage. Please use the green lid for regular trash and the yellow lid for recycling. 8. We have adult bikes available for your use during your stay. The bikes are stored in the garage. If you plan to use them during your stay, please be careful and use at your own risk. 9. No pets or smoking, or you will be charged a $250 fine. 10. Please shower before entering the pool and do not put any rocks, coins, or foreign items in the pool as it causes staining and the chemicals to be unbalanced. Please be mindful that the property is located near an elementary school. You can expect to see children walking to and from school in the mornings (7:30 AM - 8:00 AM) and afternoons (2:00 PM - 2:30 PM), except on Fridays when school is dismissed at 1:30 PM.
