Escape to Whispering Waves Retreat, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom house in Melbourne Beach. This coastal haven boasts a private heated pool, outdoor dining, and a fully equipped kitchen. Explore the area with provided beach cruisers and enjoy easy access to the beach and nearby Ocean Ave shops and restaurants. Perfect for families and friends seeking a relaxing getaway. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these times, respecting the tranquility of our neighborhood and fellow guests. Propane BBQ Grill: A stand-alone propane BBQ grill is available for your outdoor cooking enjoyment. While there may be gas in the tank, please note that it's the guest's responsibility to refill the tank if needed during your stay. Feel free to fire up the grill and savor delicious meals al fresco in the comfort of our backyard oasis. Please do not use the BBQ next to the backdoor that is built into the counter as this doesn't work and needs to remain closed. Pet Policy: If you are traveling with a dog companion or emotional support, we welcome up to 2 dogs with a fee of $150. We ask that you please cover the furniture and pick up after your pet to avoid additional cleaning charges. Service dogs are welcome free of charge. Please notify us in advance if you'll be bringing a service dog so we can make a note for the cleaning team. Pool Safety: For your peace of mind, doors that provide access to the pool area are equipped with door alarms. Additionally, we offer a floating pool alarm to further enhance safety, especially for families with children. Please supervise children at all times around the pool area. Outdoor Pool Bathroom: Please keep in mind this is an outdoor bathroom so bugs do tend to get in from time to time. Turtle Season: Melbourne Beach is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including sea turtles. During turtle nesting season (typically from March to October), it's important to minimize disturbances to nesting sites and follow local regulations. We'll provide information about turtle season and guidelines to help protect these magnificent creatures during your stay. Smoking Policy: To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, smoking is NOT permitted indoors. Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the doors, and an ashtray has been provided for your convenience. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free indoor environment. Beach Essentials: We offer a few boogie boards and a few beach chairs. If you need more than what is offered at the home, you are welcome to bring your own, or if you want to purchase some locally, there are several stores nearby. Please bring your own beach towel. Beach Cruisers: Explore the beauty of Melbourne Beach and beyond with our beach cruisers, perfect for leisurely rides along the coast or exploring the charming streets of the neighborhood. Whether you're seeking adventure or simply want to soak in the coastal scenery, our beach cruisers offer a convenient and enjoyable way to discover the area's hidden gems. Pets Welcome! No aggressive breeds and we ask that you pick up after your furry friends. Pet fee is $150/pet. Max of 2. Pool is $30 per day charge. Max Guests is 8 only! No more than 3 vehicles allowed at any one time. Melbourne Beach Rental License#CVR25-0009 Max 2 dogs - $150 pet fee. We do not allow aggressive dogs and you must clean up after your pet. If you fail to pick up after your pet, there will be a $75 fee to clean up the yard. The built-in gas grill is NOT operable. A stand-alone propane grill has been provided by the outdoor dining area. The propane tank is the responsibility of the guest. There will be a tank provided; however, it's the guest responsibility to check the level and fill as needed. There is a filling/exchange station within a mile of the property. Melbourne Beach doesn't allow public parking at many of the local beach accesses. Please use the public parking located on Ocean Ave to avoid being ticketed or towed. The pool is heated in the months of October - April and is set to 85 degrees. This will be the max we can heat the pool to ensure the longevity of the pool heater. Please do not tamper with the pool heater or there will be a $500 fine. If you would like the pool heated May - September, there is a $25/day charge and will need to be for the duration of your stay. Please notify us in advance. No boat/rv parking. Max 3 vehicles and must be parked in the driveway. Inside the garage, we offer six (6) bike cruisers are provided and stored along with beach essentials for your stay. After beach fun, please rinse yourselves and the beach essentials off before entering the home or swimming pool. Wash off the boogie boards before putting them back up in the garage. Report any damages immediately. No parking is permitted inside of the garage. One of the full bathrooms is attached
