Quiet and well kept neighorhood in SW Omaha

As a regular Airbnb traveler; I thought I'd offer my place to other travelers as well. I am best suited for business travelers and professionals in Omaha for work ... short or extended stay. Or travelers passing through . My place is neat, tidy, and cozy :-) Check in between 4pm - 6pm (but I’m flexible). You are welcome to use all the amenities my house offers .. living room w/tv, kitchen, full bathroom off the hallway, and deck off the kitchen to sit out. Please park on the street. I'm always reachable by cell. Call or text my cell or contact me through the Airbnb app. I live in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's well kept and safe … mostly families w/kids There is a nice lake and park (Chalco) about 1/2 mile from my house. Great for walking, fishing, biking, etc. And plenty of food and fuel just a short distance from where I live. I'm only 2 miles from the Sapp Brothers exit I keep my place neat and tidy. I ask that you do the same during your stay :-)
