LAUNDRY AND DISHWASHING: Under the kitchen sink, there will be pods for laundry and dishwashing. The white are for the dishwasher and the blue are for laundry. If you need additional pods, feel free to reach out to us. TRASH: Valet trash service is provided for each resident 5 nights per week. Containers with bagged trash should be placed outside front door only between the hours of 6:00pm - 8:00pm. KEYS: The black fob is used to access the building. The red fob allows access to your apartment. Please note, the apartment door does not lock on its own. When leaving the apartment, you may use the red fob to lock the apartment raising it to the scanner until it turns red. PACKAGES: If you would like to have a package delivered you may do so and use the address: 555 N Broadway #B815 Los Angeles, CA 90012 Please let us know if you are having a package delivered, once delivered we will receive a barcode which we will provide to you to retrieve the package. Mailroom is on Level 1. POLICIES: NO SMOKING in the apartment, a smoking fee of $250 will be charged if this is violated. These suites are in private residential buildings, so please be reminded that the front desk does not handle issues pertaining to private rentals. The building concierge should not be disturbed for any issues that may arise in your reservation with us. Our team will make sure to handle your concerns in a swift and efficient manner to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Please note you will need the black fob to access the dog park. TV: Please note that our televisions are ROKU TVs. There are hundreds of free internet channels including Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. If you want to subscribe to other specific channels, it will be an additional charge. ROKU TV INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Please make sure that the TV input is in HDMI 2. You can check this by pressing INPUT or SOURCE in the TV remote until it comes to HDMI 2. If there is no TV remote, you can do it manually as there is a button in the TV itself (behind the TV).2. You need to have the ROKU remote which is the purple remote. Once the TV input is on HDMI 2, it will automatically feed the ROKU streaming player.3. Please go to MY CHANNELS4. You can choose Netflix or Hulu Plus or you can also select other free channels available. Maid Service: There is no daily maid service provided unless you have made special arrangements prior to your arrival. We provide a one-time cleaning service on the day of departure (check-out). If you would like to have cleaning service, we can arrange for $105 per cleaning. CHECK OUT: Check out is 11 am. If you need to check out later you must let us know at least a day beforehand and fees may apply. Any lost keys, fobs or parking pass will incur a fee. $250 per fob, $100 for parking pass.
