Outside, you can relax in a furnished area with a table and sun loungers, set within the large front garden. This pleasant outdoor space is ideal for hosting guests or simply unwinding in a peaceful atmosphere. The studio also features a bathroom equipped with a sink and toilet. Access to the studio is in person, with an inventory/inspection upon arrival and departure. Included in the studio: bed linen, towels, air conditioning and heating, welcome kit. Non-smoking apartment, pets allowed. "The Valras’Loc team is available 7 days a week to assist you and share their local tips. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
