This beautiful central apartment features 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, firm pocket spring mattresses and a convertible sofa in the living room. A quick note: The sofa bed comes prepared with linens for groups of 5+. If you're staying with 4 or fewer guests but need the sofa bed set up, please give us a heads-up in advance. A small fee applies for the extra bedding, but we're happy to accommodate! Thanks Layout & Flow Upon entry, you'll find the kitchen to your right and the living room straight ahead. A second hallway with access from the living room provides access to both bedrooms and the bathroom, ensuring comfortable privacy for all guests. Bedrooms Each bedroom is furnished with a spacious king-size bed (160x200cm) featuring a firm pocket spring mattress and a large dresser for ample storage. An iron and ironing board are available in one of the bedrooms. TVs will be added to each bedroom within the next month. The Yellow Bedroom boasts a private balcony with stunning views of Victory Square, the Timisoara's main square. The Black Bedroom offers a more intimate retreat with a luxurious velvety headboard. Both bedrooms feature blackout roller shades, ensuring darkness and tranquility at any hour. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine (compatible with both Nespresso and Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules). Complimentary coffee and tea are stocked in the cupboard above the sink. You'll find all essential cookware, utensils, cutlery, glassware, and a dishwasher for your convenience. Dishwasher capsules are stored in the second drawer under the sink. The dining area comfortably seats 4 people (with plans to upgrade the table to accommodate 6) and is fully equipped with all the dinnerware you might need. Bathroom The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower and an instant water heater preset to 50°C (adjustable to your preference). Fresh towel sets—one bath towel and one hand towel per guest—are provided, along with a hairdryer (located in the cabinet above the washing machine). Complimentary toiletries including toothpaste, body soap, and shower gel are available. Living Room Relax on the comfortable sofa, which converts into a bed for additional sleeping space. Enjoy entertainment on the TV with over 100 digital channels, and step out onto a second very large balcony directly from the living room. The second balcony opens to the courtyard, overlooking the Timiș Cinema and the Timișoara City Hall buildings. The entire home is available for guests, except a dresser in the kitchen (mostly supplies) that is marked as private. Access to the apartment is done via stairs or Elevator.
