High speed internet makes a smooth work away from home, and mins to oak harbor/couprville downtown and parks. Come, stay, and enjoy! This spacious house is over 2300 square footage, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, garage, outdoor dining and conversational area. On the 1st floor: - Living room, dining, kitchen, laundry room - Master Ocean View bedroom (King canopy bed) with walk in closet and en-suite full bath - Deck with conversational and ourdoor dining area - Porch - Half bath - Garage On the 2nd floor - Bedroom with Ocean View (Queen bed) - Bedroom with Ocean View (2 Bunk beds) - Bedroom with yard view (King Bed) - bathroom with double sinks We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM. Prior to your arrival, our team will send you everything you need to access the property to easily maximize your time during your visit. We are also one message away and always available for any questions and assistance that you may need. Maximum capacity is 8 adult + 2 kids. Please correctly indicate the right number of people who are going to stay overnight. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. NO SMOKING, including in the garage. The candles in the house are used for decoration and scents. For safety concern, please do not use any open flame in the house, and fireworks is always banned on the property. We love animals. But due to allergy concern, we are not open to host pets. The house is built with septic, and that's why we charge extra for big group due to septic maintaining costs. Please do NOT flush anything into the toilet except for the toilet paper, even though it is said flushable. Also please do NOT dump food waste in the sink. Use kitchen sink for LIQUID only and use garbage bins for food waste. It will be very hard for septic and pumps to deal with grease. For a comfortable stay, we recommend to pack your non-slippery indoor shoes for the trip. Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the house. No party is allowed. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum at all time. Quiet time after 10pm. Please be mindful of the neighbors, maintaining a good relationship with the community is very important to us. Please use the fenced backyard only. NEVER go or jump over the fence. The adjacent vacant lot is not fenced and may have risk for guests to fall over the bushes. Please DO NOT trespass the unfenced lot. Please keep in mind that the earth movement may shift the edge of the cliff. Please always use caution when you approach close to the fence. Thank you for helping us to maintain the fragile cliff. Garbage service date will be every Wednesday morning. If you are staying Tuesday night, please help us pull the garbage bins to the West Beach Road. We truly appreciate that help from you. Island county does not split service between recycle and garbage. We would highly appreciate if you would love to help the earth by taking recycles to Either Oak Harbor Recycling Center or Coupeville Recycling center. It is completely free and maybe right on your road back home. If it is not convenient, you can just put all garbage together and dump them in our bins. BBQ is propane. Please do not use grill during fire ban or windy weather. Please make sure to use grill mat or foil paper when you use the BBQ. Make sure to clean it after each time use.
