A beautiful and fundtional backyard with a huge deck, a custom kids' swing set, and trees all around. Conveniently located within a short drive to Downtown Kirkland, Bellevue, and Seattle. Located on a very quiet street and conveniently one block from the entrance to Big Finn Parks' 220-acre with 9.5 miles of hiking and biking trails, and a playground and recreational fields. Big Finn Park connects to Saint Edward State Park’s 326 acres with 7 miles of biking and hiking trails and 3,000 feet of Lake Washington Shoreline. Walking distance to QFC and restaurants. 3.7 miles to Juanita Beach Park. 2.5 miles to Denny Park, and an excellent beach park on Lake Washington. 2.4 miles to Rhododendron Park. Please be aware that a security camera is installed at the front door for security purposes. - Please make sure to indicate the accurate number of people who will be staying overnight. Base price is set for 4 people, additional guests will be charged for extra. Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay. - NO SMOKING in the house, including the garage. NO PARTY. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Quiet time after 10pm. - As Seattle area can be rainy and muddy, no outdoor shoes are allowed inside the house. For your comfy, please pack indoor shoes for your trip. - Our garbage service will be on every Friday early morning. If you are staying on Thursday night, kindly please help us to take the bins out on the street. If you will check in on or after the garbage service date, kindly please help us roll the bins back. - If guests are using this property as a monthly rental, we will provide initial/set up consumable supplies, such as coffee/tea/paper etc. Guests can stock up anything they used up during their stay. Please use utilities at a reasonable level, owner will cover up to $350 w/s/e/g per month. Excessively waste of utilities will be deducted from guests. Cleaning during longer stay period can be arranged at guests' costs.
