Light-filled rambler in a convenient Kirkland location!Open modern kitchen with gleaming quartz countertops and large island. Dining area & living room share see-through gas fireplace. Primary suite w/ vaulted ceilings, bay window, large walk-in closet & a spacious bath w/ walk-in shower & heated penny tile floor. Private yard w/ pizza oven, roasting pit, deck & patio, and fruit trees. Lake washington schools and easy commute. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. - Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay. - NO SMOKING in the house please, including in the garage. - NO PARTY or events. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Quiet time after 10pm. - No outdoor shoes please. For your comfy, please pack indoor shoes for your trip. - Our garbage service date is every Wednesday early morning. If you are staying on Tuesday night, kindly please help us roll the bins out. We truly appreciate that. - Yard service is once a month during the autumn and winter, while twice a month during spring and summer. Currently yard service is scheduled on the 1st Saturday of each month. - Only well-trained pets allowed. Additional pet stay cost will be charged. - If the guests are using the property as a monthly stay, we will provide the initial essential set ups, and guests please feel free to restock consumable supplies during their stay. We appreciate guests reasonable usage of all the utilities, and will cover up to $350/month. Excessive over-usage of utilities will be charge at guests cost.
