This is a newly remodeled spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 car garage, in total about 2310 sqft. On the main floor: - Living room, dining, kitchen - Master bedroom (King bed) with en-suite bathroom - 2nd bedroom (Queen bed) - 3rd bedroom (Queen bed) - Full bathroom - Deck On the lower level: - Bedroom (King bed) with TV - Bathroom - wetbar and living/family room - laundry room We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM. Prior to your arrival, our team will send you everything you need to access the property to easily maximize your time during your visit. We are also one message away and always available for any questions and assistance that you may need. Please make sure to indicate the an accurate number of people who will be staying overnight. Price is set for 6 people, additional guests will be charge extra. Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay. - NO SMOKING in the house please, including the garage. - NO PARTY or events are allowed. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Quiet time after 10pm. - For your comfy, please pack indoor shoes for your trip. Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house. - Gabage service date is every Thursday 7AM. If you are staying on Wedsnesday night, please help us pull the bins out. If you are checking in after the service, please help us roll the bins back in. We highly appreciate that. - Only well-trained pets allowed. Pre-approval is needed. Additional $380/pet/stay cost will be charged. - Safety reminder: there is a barn in the backyard. It is not maintained up to date.
