Welcome to Villa Eckhardt, your peaceful Florida escape! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath private home offers comfort, tranquility, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. Step inside and enjoy 2,000+ sq ft of bright, open living space designed for comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook at home—stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and coffee maker. The home also includes in-unit laundry, air conditioning, and fast, free Wi-Fi. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, and the layout is ideal for both families and groups. (2 King beds and 2 Twin beds) Your favorite place might just be outside. Lounge on the screened patio, relax on the terrace, or spend the day enjoying your private swimming pool. A heated pool option is available (small extra charge), making it perfect year-round. The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 night minimum. No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property. Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
