Enjoy cozy evenings in the welcoming living area watching a movie on the large TV, or step outside with a warm cup of coffee or a glass of wine and unwind while taking in the peaceful views of the pool deck and garden. Outdoor lovers will especially enjoy the quick and easy access to the Withlacoochee State Bike Trail, just moments away. During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire home, including the private pool and yard — a wonderful space for relaxing, playing, and making memories. Please note that the home accommodates up to three cars per reservation. For added comfort, the pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional $35 per day. The jacuzzi may be heated daily, while pool heating requires a minimum of three nights. A warm, peaceful, and welcoming place to reconnect with loved ones and enjoy the beauty of Inverness. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property. Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
