4 bedroom and 2-bathroom Vacation Villa with swimming pool. The living room is perfect for any family to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun. Adjacent to the Living room you will find the dining room which has seating for 8 guests, this home comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The private pool area is on the south side and has a large, covered area, with lounge chairs and patio table. Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 21 and a maximum of 3 cars are allowed on the property. We kindly request that there are no parties and no smoking allowed, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property. Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
